dc.description.abstract The Department of Art & Design is hosting a lecture titled: “Design and Automate Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns” by Fady Kassab. The lecture will discuss how to plan, design, and deploy campaigns to create real customer conversations as well as the market shift from traditional, simple email marketing to what has become known as “Cross Channel Marketing Automation”. As designers, the constant expansion of digital platforms presents a unique challenge: How can one use the technology in a targeted and effective way and design campaigns for cross-channel consumption? en_US
