Abstract:
This study mesures consumer involvement in restaurants as a determinant of satisfaction in two parts. Part (I) offers a theoretical and conceptual background of consumer involvement and satisfaction literature in the foodservice industry. Part (II) proposes and tests a comprehensive model that evaluates consumer involvement in restaurants and discusses the variables that impact satisfaction.
