Abstract:
The concept of total quality control has been adopted by several
multinational companies in the world . Due to the increased competition,
managers are working hard to achieve quality and provide excellent service
in order to reach customer satisfaction . Because of the importance of
satisfying customers, companies need to develop and implement a total
quality control program in order to maintain their reputation in the
community at large .
The purpose of this research is to tillCOver the weaknesses in ALICO's total
quality control, and try to find remedies to them . The leading focus during
the entire research is to analyze these weaknesses and take corrective
measures in order to improve job perfonnance.
