Abstract:
The concept of leadership has received quite a high concern from the part of
management science. This topic was analyzed in depth throughout history, while its
advancement affected many other social science topics.
The purpose of our project is to study the different Leadership styles in the
Lebanese banks and to perceive the degree of dependency between Leadership
and the banks' financial success.
The study was conducted using a structured questionnaire that tests different
leadership signs. The descriptive analysis of the primary data drew a preliminary
idea of the dominant leadership style in each bank, while the linear regression
analysis of a broad then refined model showed the relationship between leadership
style and the enhancement of the financial standing of the bank.
