Abstract:
The objectives of this study were first to cross validate the constructive deviant behavior construct and second to examine empirically the relation between employee engagement and constructive deviant behavior. A sample of 250 employees was surveyed. Significant relations were identified and the results of this study provide insights to both academician and practitioners. Future
research is addressed as well.
