| dc.description.abstract |
There are limited data on diagnostic yield of EUS-guided fine needle aspiration with flow cytometry (EUS-FNA/FC) and core needle biopsy (CNB) in the evaluation of unexplained lymphadenopathy (LAD). Accuracy rates of 70-90% in diagnosing lymphoma have been reported. However, accuracy of EUS-FNA/FC in classifying lymphoma without further invasive testing is unclear. |
