Abstract:
It is critical in the field of human resource management to research factors that influence organizational productivity and employees' commitment, loyalty, and retention. Most companies seek to increase their organizational productivity, but only few of them focus on the needs, wants, and hopes of their employees. This article sheds light on the correlation that strongly exists between organizational culture and practices, employees' retention, and the bottom line.
