| dc.description.abstract | Data from 218 professionals working in medium size companies in Lebanon was collected to study the relation between goal orientation and career anchors. Regression analysis suggests that goal orientations (mastery: avoidance/ approach; performance: avoidance/approach) can predict internal career or career anchors. Further research need to test this relationship in other regions and cultures, and test whether certain moderating factors can affect this relationship. | en_US |
