Abstract:
The Study aims to empirically test the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. 139 respondents successfully completed a valid, reliable questionnaire from commercial banking sector of Lebanon in the Middle East. Findings indicate that organizational climates have an effect on organizational citizenship behaviors. Results also identified which climates affect which citizenship behaviors
