Abstract

This chapter explores the transformative impact of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 on women’s roles and gender equality. It highlights legislative and educational reforms that enhance women’s participation in various sectors, challenging deeply ingrained patriarchal structures. Through case studies and personal narratives, the chapter illustrates the tangible benefits of these reforms while acknowledging persistent challenges such as gender-based disparities and psychological distress among female workers.
