Abstract:
This paper aims to find the effect of knowledge sharing (KS) and knowledge usage (KU) on the relationship between human resource practices (HRP) and innovative behavior (IB) in Lebanon and in the GCC region. After a thorough examination of the literature, a quantitative questionnaire is created, with data from Lebanon and the GCC area taken into consideration. The findings are analyzed and researched carefully using the SPSS program showing the relationships between the mediators and the variables. And the results show the partial sequential mediation of KS and KU in the GCC area, and there is a direct link between HRP and IB. Nevertheless, it has been determined that the effects of HRP and IB depend only on the outcome of subsequent mediations between the mediators. Considering that the GCC area is experiencing unprecedented prosperity and affluence while Lebanon is through a revolutionary catastrophe. This study provides a thorough understanding of the link between HRP and IB at work, as well as the mediating effects of information use and sharing. This connection is specifically created to investigate the link between the relevant factors, looking at the study's results prototypically in Lebanon and in the GCC area.
