dc.description.abstract With the ongoing development of technology, the world is witnessing an exponential increase in the implementation of E-learning as a method for teaching students in the educational sector and training employees in the organizations. This study aims to explore the employees’ attitudes towards implementing E-learning as a part of their training method within a private hospital in Lebanon. Literature review, qualitative analysis, and both face-to-face interviews and telephone interviews (due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic) with 15 employees working at different levels and departments in the hospital including human resources managers, training specialists, learning and development specialists, and billing officers. The questions focused on the features of the E-learning training program in the hospital, its implementation, its drivers and barriers, and the employees’ opinions towards it. Most of the interviewed employees have positive feedback on the implementation and usage of E-learning as a part of their training program. This study presents an overview of a new E-learning training program implemented in a private hospital in Lebanon. It provides future research recommendations in the spread and implementation of E-learning in different organizations and regions in Lebanon. en_US
